hotspot tethering is not working

hi everyone,

maybe this is a commun issue to many XZ Premium users... my hotspot tethering is not working since i bought the phone on android 7.1.1  and now i have updated to android oreo 8.0.0 latest build number: 47.1.A.5.51 and the hotspot tethering still not working...

i tried to connect my laptop and other smartphone to my XZ Premium hotspot, but it doesn't detect it at all. I even tried this solution:  adb shell command: settings put global tether_dun_required 0

but it didn't work for me either!

ANY SOLUTION PLEASE?

Thanks a lot but this didn't work, I edited the APN on the default,supl,dun part but no difference.

UPDATE:

Sorry!, now working!!, I was idiot, I didn't save such change in my APN thats why was not working, as soon as saved and test it worked back again! thanks a lot, you can close this ticket.

Your comment expects me to know about how to enter a safemode. Can You walk me thruough it?
