So I was a bit of an idiot and didn't replace my phone case when the last one broke. Anyway long story short it's now in a bit of a state:
* the whole back screen is cracked
* the camera is not working (constantly out of focus)
* the finger print reader stopped working
* the whole top right of the phone is a little warped (like someone has twisted
So I realise that I need to send the phone to Sony to have it repaired but was hoping someone could give me a gauge idea of how much this would cost before I do? Anyone been in a similar situation or anyone able to put me onto a phone number for the team that could speak to them directly?
