Z5 constant issues...

I have had a Z5 since March this year, on a 2 yr contract with EE.

Since receiving the phone its had issues.

It has been sent back to Sony for repair twice and replaced by EE twice in the past 5 days.

It gets very hot, hot enough to half melt a chocolate bar in my handbag, while it was idling.

I keep getting messages that Xperia home is not responding, Google play services has stopped, Google play store is not responding.

The screen becomes unresponsive, then it gets thin lines down it in various colours, then it switches off.

The headphone socket is intermittent.

This morning, after having had the new replacement for less than 24 hrs it decided there was no sim card and I had no service.

I generally have to do software repair or factory reset every few weeks, I don't personalise it anymore because of this.

Does anyone know of any apps that do cause issues, incase I am using one of them, but to be honest I have half the amount of apps on this phone than I did on my old HTC one m8.

Any advice welcome, I have just contacted customer services but their advice is to return for repair.. again..

Test the phone in safe mode for few hours

Thank you.. I'll check that out in the morning.. I have noticed that I have a constant message in support saying play store has crashed, but I can't get it to go away, even after software repair and factory reset

One way to do his is totally remove all apps downloaded from Google Play Store, leaving the originally loaded apps. Than see whether the phone reacts by putting in one app at a time.
