Xperia z3 dual sim restart when get to sleep.

but stop doing that when it charging.

i tried everything rest to factory -installing new soft-safe mode all not working

except put it on charge .

Hi @Dr-sam-uel, I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

When did this start to happen? Do you remember if you updated the phone or installed any application prior to this starting to occur?

I'm afraid this sounds like it's related to hardware rather than software since you have performed a software repair and you are still experiencing this behaviour. There is a however a few things you could try.

Does the phone restart every time you turn the display off? If it does it every time, you could try and reboot your phone in safe mode to make sure that a third party application isn't the cause of these restarts? If the phone reboots after you turn off the display in safe mode, try removing your SIM and/or SD card.

When you performed the software repair, did you restore a backup or did you use the phone without restoring a backup and the same thing occurred?

Thanks for the fast reply

it does that on safe mode too,without sim card or sd card mounted and no restore done after software repair.

and every time the phone goes to sleep

i adjust sleep time for 30 min. and it didn't reboot during the 30 min as soon it goes to slep it rebooted right away

and it stop doing reboot while charging too.

it is on M 6.0.1 ver.

In this case I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support so they can assist you with getting your phone sent in to a authorized service centre. They will also be able to answer all your questions regarding warranty, service routines and so forth.

Hi, I can't remember the app right now, or if it was one of the Sony Diagnostic apps -

But for almost any device now days - you are able to check what power and capacity is being stored by the Lithium battery.

I use it on my laptop - batteries decay over time, so they will hold less charge the older they get.

When I remember what app it is, i'll post back.
