Cant play sky store films

I have an xperia m2 and recently dowloaded sky store to watch films etc on my phone...however i cant play these due to preinstalled tv recording apps? Any ideas what these are?

I'm not sure if the M2 has this feature preinstalled, press and hold the power button > do you see an option to screenrecord? 

Also, since this is a third party app, you should contact the app developer.

I'm not familiar with the Sky store application and I can't find it in the Google Play store. It may be related with Sky (the TV channel) is that correct?

When trying to watch a movie, do you get any error messages from the application regarding preinstalled tv recording apps? If so, what does it say?

As @uliwooly mentioned, it will be hard for us to help you with a third party application and the best option is to the contact the developers of the application, if the error message is related to the app.
