xperia x8 bluetooth

hi i have just bought a xperia x8 and i cant send anything via bluetooth but i can receive stuff can someone please tell me how to do it as my head is starting to hurt x

Hello, what to do is take alook here http://se-blog.com/2010/06/16/how-to-transfer-files-via-bluetooth-on-x10-mini/ This does say x10 mini but it wrks exactly the same on the Xperia x8.
