In modules, there is something called power control, someone who knows what the middle icon is for?

If you are referring the power control widget then the middle icon is for activating/ deactivating GPS (Global Positioning System)

Hi Er.Kannan. could you tell me what the 4th one is? I know Wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, ? and Brightness.

That is 'Sync'.

Fourth button is for toggling sync on and off.

Ahaaa. I thought it was a power button at first.

Do you happen to know if it's only for SE.Sync or for all syncing?

That is the the Auto-sync (enable or disable) for the accounts you have created in the 'Accounts & sync'.
