Being a fan of Sony since a decade for its quality, i bought a Sony Experia M4 Aqua Dual with the same hope an year ago. Unfortunately, this time i was in a fix as the day i brought the phone it has been to the service centre more than it was with me. Even after getting a replacement the new phone had to be submitted at least 4 times in the whole year. The last time it was submitted to the service centre was for the automatic restart issue which was solved by changing the motherboard. I felt things are sorted finally but again after 2 months it is again restarting automatically. i am not at all willing to spend again in the repairs of the phone as i have already been in a loss by buying this useless phone and not using it much thanks to the issues it raised one after the other. I am not sure if Sony has degraded its manufacturing process as many people are already complaining about its quality and i am not at all sure if i can recommend Sony to any one further after such a bad experience.
Problems Faced whole Year:
1. Camera Flash light not working on Day 1 (Phone got replaced)
2. Camera Stopped working after 2 months(Software Updated)
3. Camera Stopped working again after 3 months(Camera replaced)
3. Phone used to restart automatically continously after 6 months(Motherboard replaced)
4. Phone facing same restart issue again but warranty period is over.
i am not sure how we can help in the forum, since you already have sent your device to your local service center, the only thing we can tell you is to perform software repair using Xperia Companion.. and or send your device back for repairs since obviously they didn't do a great job in repairing it.
