Xperia M problem memory sd

I have an Xperia M with firmware 15.1.C.2.8, after updating the firmware, my phone did not write anything more on the sd.

I can do something to completely reset the device?

So you mean that you're not able to copy or place any files on the SD card?

Is the SD card detected if you check via Settings > Storage?

If yes, use a file manager and check if you can move or copy files to the SD card. Do you get any errors while doing this?

with File Commander i can copy an mp3 from internal memory to sd,

but I get an error when I try to copy (settings - memory - transfer data to the sd card - transfer)

transfer aborted.
verify that the sd card allows the transfer of data.

before selecting the item you transfer data on the sd card,

I see both the internal memory (2.05 GB) and the sd (29,51 gb)
