xperia go, problems answering a call

Dear all,

I got problems answering calls, I slide (as usual) from green to red/left to right, it answers and both the caller and me can hear anything, after a few seconds it works...

Can you help me?Could it be due to the Jelly Bean update?

ho preblemi a rispondere alle chiamate, rispondo e ne il ne chi mi chiama sente nulla, dopo qualche secondo riparte e si sente..

Può essere un problema relativo all' aggiornamento di Jelly Bean?

If the problem has only occurred since running the update it would be worth running a repair to reload this firmware:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
