X10Mini stopped ringing

Hi

Suddenly my X10Mini stopped ringing

It vibrate only, all setting are OK (double checked and restarted)

Any idea of the rot cause ?

I run Android 2.1, X10-mini with some applications downloaded from the app store

Hi Raanan, have a look at the settings, check that you didn't mark Silent mode.

All settings are perfectly OK

Now alarm clock also doesn’t sound

Did all trivial steps already…

Music - It shows the play bar but no sound

Are you using a task manager? That could be one of the reasons.

If even the music is not playing nor the alarm, it could be the case that the speaker on the phone is defective. So try either a software update or a Factory reset, if neither of these works then you will have to get in contact with your local Sony Ericsson support center for a possible repair option.

Funny...

I took out the SIM card, reboot without the SIM card

Put again the SIM, power-on and...

everything back to notmal

Can't explain what is the correction action

Glad that it's back to normal again. Hey, electronics go crazy sometime.
