X10 - Phonebook: "Sim Card Not Available"

I've got an X10 - White one.. And I just noticed that my phone number doesn't show in my Phonebook anymore. I didn't have this problem when my phone was new. But eversince I delayed my payment on my postpaid plan and my outgoing calls/sms got blocked by my provider my phone number wouldn't show up anymore. Now that I've paid up and have outgoing service again it's still not showing on my phonebook.

So I put in my other simcard which was fully active and it still didn't show my number. Put in a prepaid simcard.. Still the same.. Put in another... Still the same.. Already repaired my phone via SEUS hoping it could fix the problem but it's still there.

How do I fix this?! Besides this problem the phone works perfectly fine. IS MY PHONE BROKEN?!

Hi Treyus,

Don't worry, your phone should still be working fine. This message usually shows when the SIM card you are using doesn't allow the handset to access your mobile number.

If this was working previously, I would recommend contacting your current network operator and requesting they provide you with a SIM update. Hopefully this will begin showing your mobile number within the Phonebook again.

Let me know how you get on and if you need any more help, feel free to reply or send me a message.
