x10: phone draw pad failed and dont know google account, plus phone wont let me do the system update.. please read for info i need an answer

i have a few problems with my x10 and im massively stuck so i desperately need help,

right so the bottom buttons were working fine, but the next day, the back button takes me to the home screen :S so if im on facebook, press the back button, instead of going to the previous page.

and i also set up the draw thing to unlock it, but as it was raining a little it said i entered it wrong too many times and asked for the google mail thing... but i really have no rememberence of making one, which is so fucking annyoying.

so heres my problem...

the only way ive found out to solve this problem is doin a phone software update, however as my bottom right button is working properly, everytime i hold it down to plug the phones usb, the phone just starts normally, so basically i cannot do the system update.

please please please some one answer as im massivley deperate to sort it out.

Have you tried the other buttons to see what they do? I think the ciruitry might have been accidentally wrongly assigned, or corrupted. If such is the case, you cannot do a software repair or upgrade.

Have you tried removing the battery for at least 30 seconds? Or for that matter, do a factory reset?

If all else fail, bring it to SE service centre, make them work for your money. :smileygrin:
