Wi-Fi problem

Hello all,

I had to return factory defaults two weeks ago. My Sola had the same problem before this change but it was not often.

When I turn on Wi-Fi, sometimes it can't detect any wireless although my home network is open. But when the phone get connected to a wireless router, Wi-Fi automatically turns out after 5 sec. Wi-Fi is turning off and on nonstop without my action. Also, when Wi-Fi is open, the phone is rebooting itself. I can't use Wi-Fi properly in my phone. Then, I can't access any web page. In order to solve the problem, I repaired the software through PC companion but it didn't change anything. How can I use my Wi-Fi without this problem?

First try making another repair of the phones software and then try WiFi without logging on to your Google account in the phone. If it works then, log on to Google but deselect the option to backup/restore with Google.

If this doesn't help i recommend that you contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for further investigation of your phone.
