On silent and normal profiles, the vibration stops after around 20 seconds even though the incoming call persists. How do I get the vibration to continue? Thanks!

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, have you tried updating the software in your handset to see if this makes any difference? The Update Service application can be downloaded here:
