USB to computer lead.

The USB lead that connects my Satio to my PC will not work, I keep getting a message saying that it has malfunctioned, I've tried another lead with the same message. My phone will charge with a normal mains charger. Any ideas why this happens? Thanks

We can confirm that if you receive an error on your PC saying the device has malfunctioned, this would usually indicate an error with the handset itself rather than the USB cable. We would suggest sending the handset to be examined if you are still experiencing these issues.
