If you have a X10, it's simple... just access the message from the sender, then you will press and hold the exact message from that particular sender and you will tap on forward message. If you have already sent a message the person that you are going to forward the message he will appear on a list, but if you haven't send that person a message, you need to select new conversation and select a recipient.
