Touch Screen problem

Dear Sir/madam! My phone is Satio. now i have problem with touch screen. I can't press button at the buttom. Only at the top can press. when I try to press at the buttom it respond to me with above button. Please advise!!!

I try to calibrate it many times but can not solve this problem!

I am also experiencing problem while typing with On-Screen  keyboard. Even though the alphabets get typed with pressing with slight offset, it has become quite cumbersome. I have tried re-installing the software, but it has not solved the issue. i don't know, how this could be set right >>
