Touch pad problem

The Touchpad of my new xperia ZR is unresponsive and needs a repair immediately.. Its less than 3 months old.. So am I entitled a replacement of the same??.. Else what all documents should I produce to avail the repair under the warranty scheme??

My first suggestion is to repair it with either PCC or SUS
