Try a different SIM card and/or try the SIM in a different phone.Can you still use the phone at all? Have you recently updated or reset the phone?
put sim another phone no directores available no updates tried reset no look keeps saying network error when trying to get to contacts
So have you tried a different SIM card in the T715?

Is your phone locked into the O2 network or is it unlocked to all networks?
