Before I go and buy a cheap phone, can anyone help with this bizarre issue that has suddenly occured....
I was playing music from my phone from a playlist when suddenly it changed playlists, then loaded up multiple apps, turned the volume to max and would not let me do anything. I managed to switch it off using the power button and holding down the volume keys but now the screen will not unluck at all. It switchs on fine, the camera button works but the screen is not responsive at all. I am lost to this issue. I have tried to connect it to my laptop however because of this stupid update i have to unlock the screen to accept a computer - which is impossible. Anyone have any ideas?
