Sony Z3 red blinking light phone doesn't power on

My Z3 battery was fully drained, i have been charging it for 4hrs now, i have pressed the volume up +power it only vibrates 3 times but the phone does't power on

Are you using a wall charger or a computer or car charger?

i have used a wall charger and usb charger

Try using a different wall charger

still shows red light blinking slowly

Time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
