Sony Ericsson Satio Entertainment Passport and Registration

I recently got my Satio. I was just wondering, my Satio does not come with the Entertainment Passport. Is the entertainment passport still applicable? If so how do I get it?

Also my Satio keeps trying to auto register but each time it fails. Any idea how do i complete this registration manually?
