sms backup

hi to all:

the other day a make a backup with the latest version of pc companion, reset phone to factory defaults

update firmware to ics, i restore the sms but nothing appears

pc companion sais that all is ok but no sms in the phone

is very important, how can i recover the sms

For the SMS backup you can download Myphone explorer,it is freeware.

Maybe the PC companion didn't backup your sms before. If you want to recover sms from Sony xperia without backup. You need to use Android data recovery.
