SE X10 After update - not turn on!

Hi guys!

I have a problem with my Sony Ericsson Xperia10.

When i tried to update, at the end PC companion says that update can not be completed.

Thus isnt the main problem, this is about pc i think.

But now, when I try to turn on the phone, so not responding and i cant connect phone with PC of course.

I have to display only one image with telephone and exclamation mark. ( Look at the picture )

Any ideas?

Try running the update again via Sony Ericsson Update Service downloadable from their support section of the website.

I have exactly the same problem. I have only seen this symbol once, after that et will not even startup. It only vibreats.

I have tried update about two hours ago. And now I am without a phone 😞

1. Turn the phone off.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Wait 15-20 seconds.

4. Download Sony Ericsson Update Service from the SE website.

5. Install the program and start it immediately.

6. Replace the battery but DO NOT turn the phone on.

7. Place one end of you usb cable into the computer.

8. While pressing the back button, plug in the cable's other end into the phone.

9. Follow the instruction on the screen until the phone's firmware is re-flashed, or until you are told to remove the usb cable from the phone.

If the following instruction does nothing, please go to your local service centre and ask them to repair your unit.
