Screen problem

The telephone is on, but screen does not work.

Can`t turn of and where is battery.

This is a PM0210-BV

Remove the SIM card and check again, if the same problem occur you can try 

1. reboot on safe mode 

or 

2. repair your phone with SUS or PCC 

if neither of this work then you must stop by your local Sony Xperia Care

Took out the sim card, and it restarted. Everuthing works fine now.

Excellent, if it happens again, just get a new SIM card
