Screen is locked

new xmas xperia e4 front screen is locked to emergency calls only which happened prior to installation of new o2 sim card which worked ok during change over etc. last night.
any simple way of unlocking in order to use phone???

Could you please elaborate? Do you have any field where you need to enter a code or similar? Does this screen appear if you boot the phone without SIM-card?

Hi not a reply but A HELP request.

Ihave my screen locked and have tried numerous pins to access to no avail.

Defaults also . Is there any way around  this either without hard boot or hardbooting either will do.

Nothing much to lose
