Screen Blank

I was literally sitting at my desk, I read a few fb msgs, one e msg & my screen went blank. It has failed to recover dispite me trying to restore the phone to a previous working setting. I have taken the sim card & the memory card out, it will take pictures, and the volume goes up & down, and it is still recieving, but it is not showing owt n the screen. I've only had the phone for 3 weeks!" HELP

Sorry to hear about your problem!

First of all try to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates.

If the problem still persists you should try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text) > Do all this without having the phone connected to the PC.

Then follow the instructions given to you in the program. You will have to turn off the phone to do this repair. Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates three times to turn it off.
