Screen black

Dear Sony team,

I bought the Sony Xperia z in April, and now my screen (display) is all black, not working and only viber works.

Please give me information how to fix it or if there is any regulation of sony that within the guaranty period if any damage happens you can take it and fix it.

Hi, 

First of all I would suggest that you try to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates. Then try to start the phone as normal again. 

If the problem persists you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected to the PC and then follow the instructions given to you in the program.
