Satio wifi problem

Hello i am having a porblem with my satio's wifi

it keeps sheaches for available wifi's every where

i have disabaled that feature from the settings and it keeps doing it

And also an other problem is when i recive a message i cant see the contact name that i have it saved on the phone it shows me the number

Do you have Wi-Fi completely turned off in the settings? If so, is the Wi-Fi icon still showing at the top of your screen or does this disappear?

My first suggestion to try and resolve both problems you are facing, would be to update (if there is a newer version available) or reinstall the software in the handset. You can do this, free of charge, here: www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/satio

Once downloaded, follow the on screen steps. If the program advises you have the latest software, click Install to continue with a reinstall of the software.
