Replacement - reg

Dear team,
 
I have purchased Sony Xperia XA F3116 Graphite Black on 21-10-2016. But faced display lining issue within 20days. Then taken my mobile to sony service center (K.G electronics, Coimbatore) on 14-11-2016. That was a new mobile, no damage and not fallen down anywhere, but customer executive denying for replacement. 
 
 
Could you please do the needful to get the device replacement !!!

As warranty and repairs are handled at a local level by the Local support in your country, i'm afraid it's not possible for us here at the global forum to assist you in this case.

I recommend that you contact your Local support in this case to see if it's possible to have the phone replaced.
