Problem after last update

After last update my phone doesnt disable the screen when in a calling so my ear is touching the screen and stopping the calling... what can I do to solve this issue?

Does it work while on safe mode?

is there anything blocking the proximity sensor?

Welcome to the community.

I would suggest checking to see if this is a potential hardware problem with the built in diagnostic tools.

Go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.

Tap Test device.

Select the Ear Proximity

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Could you let us know what the results of that are?
