Pls help. I cannot do anythg wth my hp.

Is it possible to boot your phone on safe mode? If yes, try doing so and check how your phone behaves.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Could you please elaborate on the issues you are experiencing?

I would also maybe suggest checking to see if this is a potential hardware problem. To use Xperia Diagnostics

• Go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.
• Tap Test device.
• Select the Touch Screen
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

If it fails the test have a chat with your contact your Local support team as it will need to be serviced.
