Phone doesn't react when calling

Hi, I have Xperia Arc s, when I'm calling or someone is caling me after the screen shuts down the second time first time it will react the phone isn't reacting to nothing, only thing I can do is take batery out and power it again. I had upgraded it to latest software aviable but problem remains. The phone has never been rooted.

Have any sugestions? Anything would help!

That seems strange, have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Before starting the repair, create a backup of your material.

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.
