please help me, i have pc companion on my new samsung rv510 laptop, windows 7, but when i go to download anything in media or do software update it takes forever and then says unable to download at this time. So no data gets transferred between phone and pc. what is going on i'm going mad i just want my phone to work properly. Many thanks
