I have an X10 mini pro. Each time I've tried to update I go through the process of backing up, then right at the end when I'm at the 'backup and restore' page, it says please insert a memory card to continue. At the bottom it says no memory card found even though the card is in there. I've tried ignoring it and trying to continue but every time this is where it ends. Advice please.
