no vibrations

Hi, recently there are no vibrations on my Xperia E4 even though it is set to vibrate on calls and on touch. I tried restart and turning it off and back on.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

how about when you boot to safe mode? does it still fail?

can you perform software repair using Xperia Companion

I don't know how to put it in safe mode or what Xperia Companion is.
