New Update 6.2.A.1.100 call apps hangs

After updating to 6.2.A.1.100 Xperia android version, I am suffering from many problems like hanging calls, no ringing volume for incoming calls, camera hanging up.

As per your instruction for a previous post of someone else about the same issue, I have tried to repair & factory reset, but both were useless. please update your OS or we have to throw our  Xperia.

Please provide a suitable solution except reset & repair.

dont stop google play music in running apps...i think it can solve ringing volume issue for incoming calls

It does not have anything to do with the ringing.I always force close most of the apps for more RAM memory and my ringtone works ok.

me too..i force closed google play music twice and i couldn't hear the ringing tone...after that never closed google play music and it worked for me...
