You are not the only one who had these problems. I had the very same issue as you, spent hours to figure out what to do, pc companion, sony update..and Flashtool did not work for me.The problem actually came from the Power IC on the PCB. On a 3 months old phone. And it's impossible to find the spare parts unless you find a broken phone you can buy..I'm still looking for one after 2 months. Good luck
