Neo L not switching on.. plz help

My cell got switched off due to low battery and now its not powering on, no logo nothing appears only a red light comes while charging. i am trying to repair it using update service but after installation is complete again the same issue... plz help

Thanks for the response, will do that before i would like to tell my problem i am facing now..

I tried installing the software using update manager and now when i connect the mobile for charging a green light is on. before installing it use to be red light..

What does green light mean..?

did SUS work? were you able to run SUS and repair/update your phone?

Yes i have used Sony Update Service and was able to successfull install it. but later as per the instructions i removed the cable and turned on my cell phone.. facing the same issue again. it just vibrates and doesnt respond..

The problem here is they are not accepting my cell for repairing  here in india. as this mobile is purchased outside india..

Could please tell me.. what could be the problem with my cell phone.. will there be any hardware issue..?

or just a software issue, reloading could solve the problem..?
