Hi, I am unable to take lengthy videos on my new Naite. It stops recording before reaching a minute. Though the setting under options/video length is set to normal, it stops recording reaching close to a minute. Can anyone help???
I take it you mean games and apps that you have added, because the preloaded ones will be included in the software re-installation.You could save these on the PC (preferable) prior to the software pre-installation or move them to the memory card as both the memory card and the SIM card are not affected by the process.The only exception is that messages which are saved on the memory card will be deleted during this process.
I was doubtful whether I would be able to get all the preloaded applications, well thanks for your information. Any technique wherein I can first uninstall and then reinstall the software? Would I need to remove the SIM and memory card while installing? Also please tell me the exact link for the software.

Then try phone repair via PC suite and failing that, a master reset.Also remember to set the video to save to the memory card rather than the phone memory.
I just tried to record videos by saving in the phone memory and it is working fine, but it is not able to record for more than a min if I choose save to memory card with free memory still being 1777 MB on a 2 GB Memory card.
