Missing Apps

On the 'What content is kept on my phone after the upgrade' page it states

Market Applications (backed up as links to the market)

I assume this means links to any apps that were downloaded to the fone prior to the upgrade so where in gods name can these be found on the fone after the upgrade???

OK in laymans terms now......

any apps downloaded before the update have now gone. Links to those apps are meant to be somewhere on the fone after the update to 2.1.

Anyone else have the same problem??

Did you downoload and run the latest version of "Back up & Restore" before doing the update?

If so when you run the restore side of the App it will give you the the opion of downoading all the apps you saved.

If you didnt download it, or didnt mark the check box, then you need to start downloading from the beginning, hope you have a good memory.

I did it last night and it worked a treat, the only drama I had was I couldnt find ADW Launcher to download.

Got another X10 to update so i'll make damn sure Backup/Restore is updated 1st.
