micro sd card

I have just bought this phone..x10 mini pro and cant figure out how to change the micro sd card as I have one with larger memory, I have found in the settings menue a feature to unmount the card but how do you actually get it out of the phone? there are no buttons or anything and when it has unmounted it is in the exact same place....I noticed that it re-mounts itself which was handy but I would like to change disk?  help?

Mounting and unmounting in this context is to do with how the phone is connected to the computer, for transferring files and so on.

See the link below to your phone's manual.  I just downloaded it (I have the big X10) to check what you need to do.  Just remove the back cover, push the memory card and release it, and it should release, enabling you to remove it and replace it with another.

just open the back of the phone, take the battery out and put a new card in there is the simple answer.

The slightly more complex answer is to first of all connect your phone to the PC, transfer all the files on the SD card to a new folder on your PC. Then swap the cards in the phone and then copy the old flles onto your new SD card.

This should give you all of your old files on the new card.

Restart the phone and all of the thumbnails should then be visible in yourr phonebook and mediascape

You will need to remove the back battery cover and the battery itself. Below all that you will see your sim and your Micro-SD card. Just push it in a bit to pop it out.
