message problems please help

ive have a new phone i can recieve messages but not send them ,were the message centre number is i enter it, and it wont save has anybody any idea why it wont save and what i can do to rectify the problem thankyou any help would be much appreciated.ps i hope someone from sony erricson sees this and can help thanks again

Don't worry, I am here to help you :smileygrin:... I have to say @moelfreligwy that I have never seen this case before. I recommend you to restart your phone by removing the battery and then try to enter the service center number in your Vivaz. If you can't still enter the number, you need to try updating the software of your phone. thankyou for the reply i have now sorted the issues out regarding the message number and sending texts it wasnt the phone i had to move to a new sim card and the problems were all rectified so thankyou sony erricson for your help
