Hi, i want to ask, if the service open my water resistant phone while in warranty, will it be again resistant to water or I need to ask to them to replace it?
@Kamen_V Of course. Anything done under warranty and at an authorized sony service should keep device features intact.

This may differ between markets and since I work globally, I'd recommend that you get in touch with your Local support and they will be able to give you an answer.

Just as I thought, they returned to me the phone, problem was solved (problem with the power button), but rear panel was not properly installed, water can easily enter the phone. Bad thing is that I don't have seen it at the first moment. I returned home, opened box, took some pictures, and then I saw the problem. And now I have to wait another couple of days, until new repair condition:( /service center Bulgaria/
Jonas, I called local support as you told me! They answered to me to watch if the service center inscribed in the papers, that the phone can or cannot be used in the water again after repairs. Nothing was inscribed, so I thought that everything is ok, big mistake. I hope that service center will make new repairs in time and qualitatively!

Hi. I have a bad news again, after two weeks they returned me the phone. In the warranty, service inscribed two attempts to stick the back panel. First time I think, local store from which I bought it, returned phone to service immediately. And yesterday they called, and told me that the phone is ready. But now i see that back panel again is not properly sticked. What I supposed to do now?

I'm afraid I won't be able to give you any other advice than to have the phone sent in once again to have the back cover put in it's correct place again.
