Issues with Xperia C

I bought a new xperia C last week. Yesterday the phone turned off on its own(with 70% battery) and it did not start at all.

I have to now take it to Customer Care.

Highly disappointed!!

Try to plug your phone to a PC/Laptop and check if is recognised and if charges

Using PC companion try to repair firmware

Place it on charge for an hour and then if you get any response from the phone at all (light/vibration etc) then please attempt a software repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

When using walkman player , headset key double press but next song will not work. Plz. Headset key music player working start
