Headphones problem Xperia L

HI, first sorry, my english is very bad, second my problem with my Xperia L, recently i updated to 4.2.2 and i have problem with my headphones because when i plug in it, the phone restarts and takes 5 minutes with the headphones plugin and restart again.

I hope for a solution.

I tried with both, but is the same, now i figured that walkman doesn't recognize my music on the sd card, trying with walkman the phone restarts, i put the headphones with the radio and i don't have problems, maybe it's walkman software or the sd card

Ok guys, my solution was delete the sd card, thanks for the solution.
