I cannot hear anything during video call on hangouts if headset is connected

Hi,when I am on Hangouts videocall and input the headphones I can't hear anything,what settings must to do? I have Z5 with own headphones.Thanks in advance!

Now in normal mode my headphones works,I've checked during videocall on Hangouts. Thank you for advice.

it's a third party app acting up, whenever you experience issues but you can't recreate them in >>> safe mode then it's an app that was not preinstalled (an app that you've installed) that it's causing issues.
