I assume that your questioned is directed towards @trashcan but I thought I would give you some information as well.

The information that I have is that a headset is not included together with the Xperia XZ, this information may differ between markets so I would recommend that you either contact a retailer in your country that sells Xperia XZ and ask them, or that you get in contact with your Local support team since they are the experts on your specific market.
