Depending on the phone you have, you might be able to create a call list of numbers to accept, so any numbers not on that list will be excluded.From your call settings, you can do this under manage calls--accept calls--from list. Again, depending on your phone, you can exclude messages being sent from numbers not on a list of your choice, so have a look in your message settings to see if you have this option.
